When he books the job, the client will also input the date and time when he wants the job done. As soon as that is done, all the electricians in the vicinity will appear on the screen. The app has been designed in such a way that the client can check out each electrician’s details, qualifications, work experience, ratings and reviews by tapping on each one. Once he has checked them all out, he can decide which electrician to choose and tap on his icon accordingly.
Once the booking is done, a text message and email notification will be sent to the electrician, confirming the job at the allotted time and venue. The electrician will then go the client's premises to do the work that has been requested. He will start the timer when he starts his journey to go to the client’s address. This way the client will be able to "see" the electrician making his way for the job. As soon as the job is completed, the electrician will turn the timer off, which in turn will trigger an invoice to be generated and sent to both parties - the electrician and the client. Payment will automatically be deducted from the debit/credit card that had been registered on the app.
