By purchasing or using any V3Cube product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

V3Cube provides a single license source code when you purchase any ready-made solution from us.

Additional licenses must be purchased for extra domains, servers, or installations. One backup copy of the software may be kept for security purposes only. Clients are not allowed to resell, redistribute, rent, share, transfer, or copy the software to any third party.

We provide product demos before purchase so you can understand the features and ask questions. We suggest checking everything clearly before buying.

V3Cube provides free bug support for 1 month after purchase for the original product.

We also provide App updates based on the product package purchase.

Products are delivered digitally within the timeline committed during email or sales communication.

We sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with our clients, legally bounding to share business idea and details to anyone or anywhere.

Delivery may include server installation or source files in compressed format, depending on the selected package.

Unauthorized use of the software may result in immediate suspension of support and termination of license rights.

Support hours are 09:30 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. We remain closed on weekends and Indian public holidays.

We provide support and assistance through official communication channels to ensure smooth and effective communication.

Support is available through Email, Microsoft Teams, or official channels shared by our team. Replies are usually given within 8-10 business hours. For queries contact us at [email protected].

Support may be denied in cases of abuse, piracy, illegal access, payment disputes, or policy violations.

Clients are responsible for following local business laws, taxes, and licenses in their country.

V3Cube may update these terms when needed. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest terms.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, source code ownership, branding, and designs remain with V3Cube unless otherwise agreed in writing.
